MINIBUS FROM MARCO POLO MVENICE AIRPORT TO PIAZZALE ROMA/CAR TERMINAL FOR HOTELS LOCATED IN VENICE HISTORICAL CENTRE OR FOR HOTELS LOCATED ON THE MAINLAND OR VICE VERSA.
The service operates only from/to MARCO POLO AIRPORT. It does NOT take place from Treviso airport.

|Venice Airport Connection is a fast shared minibus from Marco Polo Airport to Piazzale Roma/Car terminal for hotels located in Venice Historical Centre and to hotels located on the Venice Mainland and vice versa.
Clients will experience the pleasure of reaching the hotel comfortably and quickly, travelling on a minibus avoiding the overcrowding of public transport at a very convenient rate.
Clients who bought return only have to provide a contact (e-mail or mobile) at the moment of the booking and will receive confirmation of the time from our office operator within the day before departure.
|FROM MARCO POLO AIRPORT
Clients will be met by our representative at desk (n. 69) which is located in the Arrival Hall at the left side of the exit.
Clients should show up at our desk handing over their voucher.
From the Arrival Lounge to the minibus there is a short walking distance (1 minute approx.).
Clients will share the minibus with other customers and will be transferred – directly or with other stops – to their hotel door in Venice Mainland or to Piazzale Roma/Car terminal for hotels located in VENICE Historical Centre.
TO MARCO POLO AIRPORT
Clients who depart from hotels on the mainland will be met at the hotel exit and will receive confirmation time of their return transfer directly from the driver when they arrive in Venice.
Clients who depart from Piazzale Roma (from hotels located in Venice Historical Centre ) are required to wait for the driver/minibus outside our office at Piazzale Roma, Santa Croce 466/e-f, 10 minutes before the above indicated departure scheduled time, clients will receive confirmation time of their return transfer directly from the driver.
|Clients will share their minibus with other customers and will be transferred – directly or with others stops – to the Airport.
Clients have to hand over the voucher to the driver.
GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE SERVICE:
All clients must provide the same name and surname that they give to the hotel otherwise they will not receive the pickup information for the return transfer. Service must be pre-booked and Clients have to hand over the voucher where the service is clearly described – Luggage porter service is not included either at the airport or in Venice.
- Meeting point FROM Airport: Clients should show up at desk (n. 69) which is located in the arrival hall at the left side of the exit as per map below. (In the gallery you can find a map of the deks).
- Meeting point TO Airport: Clients are required to wait for the driver/minibus 10 minutes before the departure scheduled time at our office at Piazzale Roma Car Terminal (full address: Santa Croce 466/E-F – Venice)

- Departure and meeting: Every day - FROM AIRPORT TO VENICE : FROM 8.30AM TO 8.30PM EVERY HOUR: 08.30am - 09.30am – 10.30am – 11.30am – 12.30pm – 01.30pm – 02.30pm – 03.30pm – 04.30pm – 05.30pm 06.30pm – 07.30pm – 08.30pm (flights with arrivals due from 07.00 am to 07.30 pm)
FROM VENICE CAR TERMINAL TO AIRPORT: FROM 08.00AM TO 8.00PM EVERY HOUR:08.00am – 09.00am – 10.00am – 11.00am – 12.00pm – 01.00pm – 02.00pm – 03.00pm – 04.00pm 05.00pm – 06.00pm – 07.00pm – 08.00pm(flights with departures due from 10.30 am on)
- Inclusion: Shared transportation by minibus from airport to Venice and vice versa, includes one piece of medium sized luggage per person (please verify luggage size below) - Extra and Oversize luggage shall be paid for on the spot - One baby stroller and children car seat are also included - In order to provide children car seat , child’s age MUST BE PROVIDED at the moment of booking - Animals, even if small, are not allowed.
- Travel time: Depending on hotel site, 35 minutes approx (travel time minibus).
- Gross price public rate: € 15,00 one way or € 28,00 round trip per person minimum 2 people including one piece of luggage aboard per person or € 22,00 one way or € 40,00 round trip per 1 person only including one piece of luggage aboard
- Sale & Reservation: Reservation to Venice Tours until 48 hrs. before and not later
- Cancellation: Reservation until 48 hrs. before and not later – Compulsory final client contact (email or mobile) for return only
- Voucher: You should have the voucher where is written “service provided by Venice Tours Srl”. Mobile vouchers are accepted
- Commission: refer to contract

Rate includes MAXIMUM 1 PIECE of MEDIUM SIZED LUGGAGE per person.
There is no charge for Handbag or Backpack (max. one per person). Carry-on IS NOT handbag !
EXTRA and OVERSIZE luggage cost Euro 3,00 each and shall be paid on the spot (ONLY EURO IN CASH)
One baby stroller and children car seat are included. In order to provide children car seat, child's age MUST BE PROVIDED at the moment of booking.
Animals, even if small are NOT allowed
This service is not fully accessible for wheelchair users or people with walking disabilities.
In addition to passengers’ names, all information about arrival and/or departure flight (arrival/departure date and time, flight number, flight origin and/or destination) and name of the Hotel where Customers are staying MUST BE PROVIDED at the moment of the booking.
The departure of the connection is fixed and cannot be postponed depending on flight arrival – In case of flight delay on arrival, Clients can catch the later connection if available, the minibus could wait maximum 1 hour later than the expected arrival time – if Clients miss the connection the service will not be refunded. – The last connection leaves from airport at 08.30 pm for flights landing at or before 07.30pm.
Once the flight has landed, customers have an hour to reach our desk, then the minibus leaves and customers miss the service, if the next connection has availability customers can take it.
Clients should inform Venice Tours (+39 041 5202140) as soon as possible for the following situations:
- They have missed their flight and will arrive later;
- They are inside the customs hall waiting for a long time for their luggage or are at the lost and found desk;
- They have to inform us if they arrive late, for any reason;
Venice Tours will do their best to serve the Clients who arrive late, it depending on availability of the service.
